We have two barns with eleven stalls. We use the stalls mainly for seperating the horses at feeding time and during severe weather.  All of the stalls have electricity and city water has been run close by.  All of our pastures also have city water outlets along the fence lines.

We have a 100' x 200' arena with excellent lighting and good sand footing as well as a 50' round pen shaded by century old oak trees.

There is a all weather road up to the barn and lots of room to park trailers.

We have 35 acres for riding and have arrangements with our neighbors to ride on several hundred surounding acres.  Also, we are only about 15 minutes from Cooper State Park and the equestrian trails there.
